Frequently Asked Questions
Each urn we carry has a product description, which should further inform a decision on sizing. For example, the standard calculation is approximately 1 pound of healthy weight to 1 cubic inch of cremains. In other words, a 200-pound person would require roughly 200 cubic inches of urn capacity. Our line of standard size urns are designed to hold the remains of the average individual and different sizes are not often needed. Check with your Cemetery or Funeral Director for any size requirements.

Some wood species are more expensive than others due to their rarity, durability, and unique characteristics. Exotic woods such as Walnut and Mahogany are often more costly because they are harder to source and require special handling during the crafting process.
The quality of the wood, its grain pattern, color variations, and overall aesthetic appeal also play a significant role in determining the price of the final product.
